Please note that to consider purchasing any property investment products or services in the UK you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts, and in a position to provide complete and true contact information. You must be able to complete the sign up process of any agreed and legal entity in the process of purchasing said investment products and you must agree to our terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of our trusted third party.

Smarter Property Investing may refuse service and/or close accounts of any users that don't meet the criteria as set out above and/or whose eligibility requirements change at any time.

Please note the reservation and/or deposit on any property purchased through any third party introduced by Smarter Property Investing or any associate company is usually, non-refundable, please check on each individual deal before making payment.

In occasional circumstances, our trusted partners will recommend that you to use their approved mortgage advisors. You are not obliged to do so but they often work with these approved advisors and lenders to provide exclusive deals specifically tailored to a deal so it may well be to your advantage to consider this option if provided.
