After completing the investor form your details are passed to our trusted investment sourcing partner, Landmarka.  An experienced consultant from the Landmarka team will be in contact using your preffered method of contact, at a time/date suitable for you.  Expect on that meeting for the consultant to discuss your specific investment requirements and the options open to you.  Once Landmarka have all the information they will source a bespoke investment opportunity that fits your investing goals and requirements, working directly with you to secure the best options.  You choose the level of service that you want, whether it is purely a sourcing exercise or a complete project management option.

Can I get involved with the project?

Of course, it is your investment, you can have as little or as much involvement as you would like, however the majority of clients that Landmarka deal with are busy individuals who put their trust in Landmarka to do the hard work for them.  All decisions are ultimately up to you, the investor, but Landmarka is there for you to utilise for their expertise and relationships to help you find the best below market deals around the best performing areas of the UK.

Are There Any Sourcing Fees?

There are no hidden fees from Smarter Property Investing, our website aims to provide investors with as much completely free property investment information as possible, matching our clients with the best solution for them.  Our trusted partner, unlike most investment companies who take a fee from the developers they work with, and advertise no fees to their clients, which in some cases can be reflected in the build costs, Landmarka is sourcing and project managing each project for their clients, as these are bespoke sourcing agents and deals, there may be fees based on each individual project, but these are discussed at the initial free consultation so there are no hidden costs.
